Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alterations that are not due to manufacturing defects may not be eligible for a return.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance or final-sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. If the item is not sent back within this timeframe, the return request may be canceled.

3. Refunds
